FAQ
Age and Weight?
What is the minimum age you can be to sign up for a jump? Is there a minimum and maximum weight range for jumping?
You have to be at least 18 years of age and able to sign the release waiver to come jumping with us. The minimum and maximum weight ranges are 100lbs to 220lbs.
Does it Hurt?
Will the bungee jump hurt when I reach the bottom of the cord?
The first half of your fall is pure free fall. After the halfway point the cords begin to stretch and slow you down. By the time your body comes to a stop, you are subjected to a total of about 2 to 3 G-forces (2 to 3 times your body weight). The catch is softer than a skydive. Most people who jump do not feel any discomfort from the catch.
How high is the jump?
How high is the structure and how far do the cords stretch?
The classic bridge bungee is 100ft tall and the cords stretch almost the full distance. In some of our locations, we can even get you to touch the water if you desire. The hot air balloon height will be anywhere between 500ft and 2000ft but the cord jumps are still 100ft. We found this length to be perfect for thrill and management.
How many accidents?
How many accidents have you had since you started bungee jumping?
We have had zero accidents since we've begun bungee jumping after hundreds of individuals have come jumping with us. However, this is an extreme sport and we do not claim this is completely risk-free. Do not sign-up unless you are aware that you assume 100% responsibility for the risks, including injury or death.
